My interests are all over the place, but this blog focuses on my love of making food and photographing said food items. She Bakes Here started out as a New Years Resolution to start a baking blog and was inspired when I met Bakerella in 2010 during her book-signing. My first post was in January 2011 and I haven't looked back.
Some facts about me:
- I currently live in Toronto, Canada, but will occasionally reference Saskatchewan which was my home for over 7 years.
- I have a degree in Film Production and Media Studies and my own IMDB page, but now work in a completely different non-film-related industry.
- I live with my recipe taste-tester fiancee Trevor, who is a motion graphics and visual effects designer. Our wedding date is August 2013.
- I love to bake, but I also love healthy, wholesome foods.
