They were definitely raw after 4-6 minutes.

Not sure, I’ve made these a few times now and I haven’t had any issues. I recently moved and made them in a new oven with a new mini muffin pan and the baking time was remained the same for me.

Veey doughy…like pizza dough. Weird and has alreafy been in oven for 17 minutes and still not done! You also forgot in the directions to include when to add pumpkin puree.

I DID cut, roast and puree a real pumpkin…hoping I didn’t waste my efforts on a bad recipe ; (
