Mmm, they would taste fantastic with some dark chocolate! I love peanut butter and chocolate together, so I support that combo! 🙂 As for the moistness, the muffins were light-tasting and VERY moist, but I’m not sure if that was due to the lentils or the banana. I’ll have to try the recipe without the lentils and add more bananas to test that out.
